Oceania Education & Technology Solutions (OETS) is a Fiji-registered limited liability company established under the Companies Act.

It operates as a multi-sector parent organization providing integrated solutions across tertiary education & training, education tourism, Australian university study hub, real estate investments and digital solution development.

OETS is designed as a “one-stop agency for tertiary education solutions, bringing together accredited training, international academic pathways, English language education, digital services, and student support under one coordinated structure.

The company has an Advisory Board with three members. OETS is founded by Dr. Hasmukh Lal, former CEO of Pacific TAFE and Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service.
